Your identity, verified email address, activities, answers, attempts, synthesis notes, feedback and estimated active times are recorded to support your training. They are accessible to the authorised team. Learning records are deleted after 180 days without activity. For a certificate actually issued, a separate register retains identity, date of birth, recorded course date and endorsements for six years from the recorded end of the course. Deleting the learning record does not delete this register before its retention period ends. The WordPress account is covered by the site’s privacy policy. Data awaiting synchronisation may be kept temporarily on this device so saving can be retried. You can export or delete your learning record from your account. Passing the e-learning alone does not result in an official certificate.
